| Rosie Dransfeld |

Rosie wears many hats: She is a producer, writer, and director. Sometimes
she does the filming, the odd time she even is the editor. That’s
the nature of a small production company.
Rosie has her office in her basement at home. There she
broods over concepts and writes her stories. When she gets
stuck, she takes her dog for a walk. Walking is thinking.
She believes that she can only write as much as she hikes.
Funny and irreverent, Rosie continues to redefine the art
of documentary filmmaking with her surprising ideas and unexpected
approach.
“All my life I’ve been torn between the desire
to amuse and the desire to annoy. The funny stuff is most
difficult for me because I am German and German humour is
an oxymoron, but I am pretty good at being annoying.”

Becker

Most creative composer I’ve ever met, but not always easy to
handle. If you don’t ask for more, you get sausages, little wieners
that fit nicely into your film, decorate it with some wall paper music.
If you do ask for more, he’ll complain, twist, make some funny
noises, but in the end you get some great stuff that really enhances
the scene, gives your film an unforgettable tone.

Perry Blackman |
 |
Just mention the word ‘sound’ and his eyes light up. For
more than 25 years, this man has been obsessed with crackles
and beeps, and he didn’t seek treatment. Perhaps
that’s a good
thing, because when it comes to audio editing, you'd have
difficulty finding a better guy. Frame by frame he turns
your production into a marvel.

| Lisa Fryklund |

Lisa is the ideal cinematographer. She is amazingly committed
and works very hard to get you the pics you need.
On top of that, she is a very compelling, smart woman.
Somebody I really enjoyed hanging out with. A wonderful
friend.

| Leah Iwaniuk |
 |
If Leah Iwaniuk wasn’t in television, she would
have a shining career training artists in real
life skills.
Leah’s word is law. In her 25-year-long career as
a production manager she never missed a deadline, always
came in under budget.
It’s kind of scary how things fall into place when
Leah Iwaniuk is around.

| Scott Parker |
 |
He’s happiest without clients sitting
behind his back, asking him whether he could edit the stripes
out of the interviewee’s shirt.
He’s one of the best and most creative
button-pushers I’ve ever met. Best way to handle
him: Buy him lunch once in a while.
After all, he deserves it. Scott is a wonderful friend,
who loves dogs more than humans. Who could blame him?
